SPACELAB is an architectural design practice with an ethos grounded in simplicity, producing buildings which are elegant, refined, functional and sustainable.

We seek to produce structures which sit comfortably in their environment, visually and functionally; featuring a high degree of operability; allowing adaptation to seasonal and climatic change.

As a solo practitioner I am able to be fully engaged throughout the design process, from concept through to construction documentation and supervision. I take a deeply collaborative approach to the design/build process, drawing on the knowledge, skill and passion of dedicated local craftsman and construction professionals.

SPACELAB specialises predominantly in residential design, but will consider any project.
